The Steps section is dedicated to budget milestones. It enables you to plan projects by defining clear, organized phases. Each stage specifies :
A description
An activity
A responsible service provider.
Planned execution dates.
An estimated time for completion.
Note: Only time and external time stages, which are linked to a project, appear in this list.
A special feature of this section is the Quick Search function, which facilitates navigation and enables you to search for milestones with a single click, according to criteria such as periods, states, providers or activities.
Another special feature: the stage sheets open directly on the right, over the list, for quick, intuitive access to details.
As in other sections of Casserole.pro, the list screen offers several practical features:
Customized display
Customized displays apply to the step list. They allow you to select the columns you wish to see on the screen, adapting the view to your specific needs. You can also choose from pre-configured modes.
Quick search
Quick Search lets you instantly filter stages by :
Periods (e.g. today, yesterday, this week).
Status (planned, in progress, completed).
Assigned providers.
Activities.
Select multiple steps
The Operation button lets you select multiple steps to perform batch actions, such as deleting or duplicating them, for efficient project management.
"View in list" button
View the list of projects, managers or costs associated with the steps displayed, for a clear and comprehensive overview.
Export to
Export the list of milestones to an Excel file.
The file will contain the columns currently displayed on the screen.
To include other columns, adjust the custom view before exporting.
Add a new step (+)
Quickly add a new step using the dedicated button. You can define its parameters immediately, such as duration, dates and assigned manager.
