Whether you're just starting up a Casserole Nova or making changes to your team, it's important to manage your users and their access.

Seats. This is the number of accesses to the application that are billed to you each month and that can be assigned to your users. Seats are interchangeable and automatically renewable.

Account management. A section accessible to Admiral-level users only. It is accessed via the menu under the user icon, in the top right-hand corner of the main screen. This is where you add or remove seats from the package. The payment method is also configured in the "account management" section.

The user section. Accessible at the bottom of the left-hand banner for all Commander and Admiral level users, the user section is the place to invite, activate or deactivate users. The + button at the top of the screen lets you invite new users via their e-mail address. When inviting new users, you'll need to choose a role from among the seats available in your package.

The user file. Here you'll find details of each user, with their access level and certain privileges. You can also define the user's hourly cost.

A few details.

  • A deactivated user has no access to Casserole.pro, but his or her name is still associated with notes, costs and other records throughout the application.

  • It is possible to temporarily deactivate a user (for a vacation, for example) and then reactivate them without any problem.

  • The e-mail address is the user's identifier, and it is suggested that business addresses be used.
