If a user leaves Casserole.pro (permanently or temporarily), it is advisable to deactivate their access. This action cuts off their access to Casserole.pro and frees up their seat for a new user. All Commanders and the Admiral can deactivate access in the user's file. The user will then be logged out immediately.

Should this user return, it is then possible to give him/her access again, by assigning a seat suited to his/her role (within the limits of the seats available in your package).
