The Budget section is an essential component of Casserole.pro, enabling you to plan the financial and human resources allocated to a project. As in other sections of the platform, the list screen offers several practical features:
Customized views: Customized views apply to the budget list. They allow you to select the columns you wish to see on the screen, in order to adapt the view to your specific needs. You can also choose from pre-configured modes.
Select several budgets: You can select several budgets at once to perform batch operations via the Operationsbutton. This allows you, for example, to exclude or retain budgets in your list, or apply other common actions.
View in list” button : Display the list of estimates, projects or costs associated with all displayed budgets.
Export: Export the budget list to an Excel file.
The file will contain the columns currently displayed on the screen.
To include other columns, adjust the custom view before exporting.
Add a new budget (+) : Add a new budget quickly and easily using the dedicated, easy-to-access button.
