The Quotes section allows you to efficiently produce quotes to present to your customers. You can create your quotes in a few simple steps, choosing the customer, adding the items and adapting the details to your needs.
Navigation in this section is the same as in the others, so you'll find :
Customized display: You can choose between several display modes, both pre-configured and customized, to suit your specific needs.
Select multiple quotes: The Operation button lets you exclude or retain selected items in your list of quotes, allowing you to refine your list.
View list button: You can display the list of projects, companies, contacts, budgets or costs associated with all the quotes displayed.
Export: To export the list of quotations to an Excel file. This function will produce a file containing the quotes found, with the columns displayed on the screen. To obtain different columns, simply select a different display.
Add new quote (+): A simple button for adding a new quote.
