How to set up your Casserole.pro

The Settings section is the nerve center where you can customize Casserole.pro to meet your company's specific needs. Here's an overview of the main configuration options:

General configuration

In the General menu, you can :

  • Define your company details (name, address, logo), ensuring that this information is displayed in the software.

  • Configure the numbering system for each section, to follow a sequence adapted to your needs.

Customized chart of accounts

For optimum financial management, the chart of accounts is fully configurable:

  • Define income categories.

  • Configure tax accounts.

  • Add taxes directly via this interface.

List definition

In the Settings menu, you can customize the following lists:

  • Activities

  • Company categories

  • Company activity sectors

  • Departments

  • Project phases:

    • To be invoiced

    • In progress

    • Pending

  • Items

  • Fee types

Pricing

The Pricing menu allows you to manage your price lists:

  • Fee schedules: pricing logic by activity.

Customize quotes and invoices

In the Quotes and Invoices menu, customize your PDF documents:

  • Choose the paper format for your quotes and invoices.

  • Configure tax display.
