General settings

In the General menu, you can configure your company details, including name, address and logo. This ensures that all your company's information is correctly displayed in the software.

An essential aspect of this menu is the ability to define the specific numbering system for each section. This allows you to follow a numerical sequence adapted to your needs in each of the software's sections.

Customized chart of accounts

For optimum financial management, the chart of accounts is fully configurable in the Parameters section. You can define income categories and tax accounts. You can also add taxes via this interface.

List definition

In the Settings section, you can also configure the definition of your lists for :

Activities.

Company categories

Company activity sectors

Departments

To-Bill" project phases

In progress" project phases

Pending" project phases

Items

Fee types

Pricing

The Pricing menu is where you'll find all the information you need for your rate schedules and fee schedules. The pricing logic for rate schedules is based on activities, and for charge schedules on charge types.

Customize quotes and invoices

In the final Quotes and Invoices menu, you can personalize your PDF documents by choosing the paper format for your quotes and invoices. You can also choose to display taxes and configure your footnotes.

Finally, you can set a due date for your invoices, enabling you to manage your payments efficiently.
