The project sheet centralizes essential information in four tabs: Details, Dashboard, Budget tracking and Configurations.
Details
This tab contains general project information:
Project status and title.
Duration: defined by a start and end date.
Company and contact person associated with the project.
In the right-hand column :
Access the related files, which group together the various costs, quotes and invoices associated with the project.
If a budget is linked to the project, the corresponding budget number will be displayed.
Dashboard
This tab provides an overview of project progress with :
Six cost progress indicators.
An Analysis section detailing :
Project forecast statistics.
Actual progress data.
Budget tracking
This tab enables you to track the evolution of costs in relation to the initial budget:
Viewcost progress compared with budget forecasts.
Link off-budget costs to related budget milestones, for precise, organized tracking.
Configurations
In this tab, you can :
Select rate and charge grids.
Choose the calculation mode for planned invoicing.
Add an amount in the field dedicated to the amount invoiced outside Casserole.pro.
