The invoice form contains all the necessary information in three tabs: Details, Items and Configurations.
Important note: Invoices are automatically locked when they go to a status other than “In preparation”. Only Command or Pilot level users (with unlocking privileges) can unlock them if necessary.
Details
This tab contains general information about the invoice:
Invoice status and title.
Invoice date and due date.
Company and associated contact person.
In the right-hand column, you'll find :
Linked records detailing the costs associated with the invoice.
The project number linked to this invoice.
Items
This tab allows you to structure the contents of the invoice:
Add groups and items to organize information.
Reorganize items by simple drag-and-drop.
An operation button lets you delete multiple items in batch.
Configurations
In this tab, you can :
Select taxes to be applied.
Choose the paper format for the invoice.
Define document language.
