An overview of the invoice form.

The invoice form contains all the necessary information in three tabs: Details, Items and Configurations.

Important note: Invoices are automatically locked when they go to a status other than “In preparation”. Only Command or Pilot level users (with unlocking privileges) can unlock them if necessary.

Details

This tab contains general information about the invoice:

  • Invoice status and title.

  • Invoice date and due date.

  • Company and associated contact person.

In the right-hand column, you'll find :

  • Linked records detailing the costs associated with the invoice.

  • The project number linked to this invoice.

Items

This tab allows you to structure the contents of the invoice:

  • Add groups and items to organize information.

  • Reorganize items by simple drag-and-drop.

  • An operation button lets you delete multiple items in batch.

Configurations

In this tab, you can :

  • Select taxes to be applied.

  • Choose the paper format for the invoice.

  • Define document language.

This sheet centralizes all the information you need to create, manage and personalize your invoices efficiently and easily.
