The quote sheet concentrates details on three tabs: Details, Items and Configurations. Note that quotations are locked when they switch to a status other than "in preparation". It is always possible to unlock a quote for a commander or pilot level user (with the unlock privilege).
Details: Here you'll find general information about the quotation, such as status and title. It also includes the approval date and description. A little further down, the company and contact person associated with the quote.
The right-hand column shows the associated project and budget numbers. There's also a button for generating an invoice from the quote.
Items: This is the place to build quotations by structuring them with groups and items. Items can be reorganized by dragging and dropping. An operation button is also available for batch deletion of items.
Configurations: Selection of taxes, paper format and language.
